Design

If you are already familiar with the “Moon Princess” slot, you will immediately see that Play'n GO has not changed the design of the slot with Moon Princess 100. We find the same playing field and the same winning symbols. In the foreground is the 5×5 playing field. To the left of that is a multiplier display and below that a box showing winning combinations. As well as a charge meter that triggers a bonus feature. More on that in a moment.

The Moon Princess slots work a little differently than the usual 5-reel slot machines. A winning combination is also created with at least 3 identical symbols, but these are not counted from left to right in the classic way. Rather, you win when the symbols appear next to each other in a row, horizontally or vertically. Multiple winning combinations are possible during a spin. Also, the multiplier increases with every win. With a new spin it is reset again.

But it gets really interesting when all three princesses appear at the same time. This is what happens when you form a winning combination with five Princess symbols during a spin. You get a free spin and each of the three princesses grants their abilities. If you manage to completely clear the playing field after completing the Trinity feature, the free spins start.

Before the free spins begin, you can choose one of the three moon princesses, which award different numbers of free spins. During the free spins, the chosen princess appears on every spin and performs her feature. Also, the multiplier does not reset, but increases by a factor of one for every win. If you manage to fill up the charge meter during the free spins, you get more free spins. If you clear the entire playing field, you can also look forward to a win. Namely 50 times the previous bet, which is also multiplied by the current multiplier.

And now we come to the big difference compared to the previous slot: where the multiplier was limited to x20, Moon Princess 100 has a multiplier of up to x100. You can also win up to 100 extra free spins.

In terms of gameplay, Moon Princess 100 is not different from the previous slot at all. Play'n GO just made some improvements to make the game more exciting and attractive. And I think that's very successful.
